Tyler and I spent last Sunday afternoon driving into Eklutna in the town there is a Russian Orthodox Church one
of the oldest religions in Alaska. The Orthodox people believe
that there spirits live a year after they die so they build houses
to cover the grave for their spirit, hence the name spirit houses.
